Sarah's Surprise Workout
You better sprint to this class! This workout incorporates all kinds of athletic moves from running, jumping, shuffling etc. Every class is different, but each class trains in the areas of balance, coordination, functional and athletic conditioning, strength, flexibility and CORE CONDITIONING. Don't let this class scare you off. Everyone works at their own pace! Plus, on nice days we take the class outside! Come and join us!
